Grand Slam is a 1985 Jeanneau Sunrise based at Port Solent marina in Portsmouth Harbour. She is a 35 footer with 8 berths - 3 double cabins and 2 berths in the saloon. The share I am selling is one third, for which I am asking £9,999.

Grand Slam is in good shape, including a new engine installed this year. Costs are £100 per month accumulated for general maintenance & bills plus an annual bill in March for the marina (about £1,050 this year). This has covered all shared costs since I've had my share (over three years), apart from the new engine.

Sailing weeks are shared out at the beginning of the season, which is based on a three weekly cycle, with some adjustments to share out bank holidays fairly and to allow everyone to have two week slots during the summer for longer cruises.
